About the role:

Reporting to the SP&D Manager, the Sales Coordinator will provide national sales administration and support services for TMHA's Branch Network. This role sits within TMHA's Sales, Procurement and Distribution department and will be based out of our head office in Moorebank, NSW. 

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Data entry of branch sales orders into software platforms.
  • Act as the first point of contact for branch enquires.
  • Raise Purchase Orders, OEM Manufacturing Orders and Delivery Orders on M3 (MoveEx) system.
  • Provide input and feedback to the ongoing improvement of TMHA systems and processes.
  • Respond to Sales Order and Stock enquiries.
  • Prepare daily sales order reports and manage special projects, as requested.
  • Process and raise Long Term Rental (LTR) Invoicing, ensuring that it is crosschecked and processed adequately prior to submission to AP and Assets.

Qualifications, requirements and skills:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business Administration
  • Previous experience int he material handling or automotive industry
  • Previous experience using ERP systems such as Movex
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Proven ability to multitask
