About the Role

You’ll play an important part in keeping our national forklift fleet running smoothly. Working with both our telematics system (Toyota I_Site) and fleet reporting tools, you’ll support account managers, technicians, and customers with day-to-day operations and insights that improve efficiency.

This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll be involved in:

• Supporting telematics installations and setups on new fleet rollouts.
• Assisting with technical troubleshooting and working with technicians to solve problems.
• Preparing fleet reports and sharing useful insights with customers and managers.
• Helping to improve processes and contribute ideas for better fleet performance.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• A trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in fleet, technical service, or telematics (forklifts or similar equipment is a bonus).
• An interest in technology and data, with skills in Excel or other reporting tools.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn new systems.

You don’t need to be an expert in telematics—we’ll provide training and support to help you build your knowledge. What matters most is a positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well in a team.
